Special Note for APO/FPO Orders

Klear Gear is proud to offer our products to the men and women of the US Armed Forces. We make effort effort to insure your purchases are complete and shipped accurately to the various MPO locations around the world. If you experience any problems with your Klear Gear account or entering your APO / FPO address, please contact us at our Customer Care Desk.

Shipping Limitations:

All packages must be sent via the U.S. Postal System. From there, we depend on the military postal service (MPO) to deliver the package. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

APO/FPO Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits.) Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth. (This means if you have a package that is 100" in length and 40" when you measure around it, we cannot send the package.)

Content Restrictions:

Perishable foodstuffs and certain hazardous items also are restricted. Each zip code has a more detailed list of the restrictions for certain types of delivery restrictions that may exist for the country where the APO/FPO address is located. Please contact your MPO if you have any specific questions.
