If you are contacting us regarding an order that you have
received, please refer to the appropriate contact details included with your
order.
Please keep in mind that most orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours after you place
your order, and that our Standard (economy) Shipping method can take up to 12
calendar days from that point to arrive. For order status information,
please click here.
We are currently relocating our warehouse and customer service operation to
larger facilities, during which time our customer care team may be slow to
respond or inaccessible.

provide Order Status information, however. This information is only available

Did you receive an incomplete
order? If we discovered that an item in your order was damaged or
defective (or was temporarily unavailable), rather than delay your entire order
we may ship that item separately. If this happens, you will not be
charged additional shipping fees and your separately shipped item will be
refunded until it ships. Most T-Shirts ship separately as these
items are shipped from a different facility.
