Did you receive an incomplete
order? If an item in your order was temporarily unavailable, rather than delay your entire order
we may ship that item separately. If this happens, you will not be
charged additional shipping fees and your separately shipped item will be
refunded until it ships. Most T-Shirts ship separately as these
items are shipped from a different facility.
