Terms of Sale and Use, and Policies


Online orders:


Klear Gear reserves the right to review all orders at which point we may accept or decline any order for any reason, regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to the customer. All orders must be reviewed for pre-approval and acceptance.


Shipping (click here for our Shipping Rates):


We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. While there can be no guarantee, most in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship the very same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends or holidays are usually shipped the next business day.


Klear Gear retains ownership of all products until the point of payment has been received and product delivered, at which time ownership is given to the said customer. Shipping charges are applied to orders irrelevant to weight, size and destination of shipment. Klear Gear can ship US mail, therefore we are able to deliver to PO, APO, and FPO box addresses. Klear Gear reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.


Expedited Shipments (Rush and Express) do include Saturday delivery, so your order may even be delivered on Saturday!  Please note that not all items are available for Expedited Shipping. These items are marked on the product page under Shipping Restrictions. Orders that are received for these items with Rush or Express shipping selected will be downgraded to Standard Shipping and the expedited shipping charges will be refunded.


Once we have shipped your order, we cannot be responsible for delays due to weather or other delays experienced by the shipper.


Cancellations & Order Changes:


Order changes and cancellations can only be made on the same date that the order was submitted, unless the order has already shipped, by e-mailing us at Customer Care.  Special order purchases and express (3-Day or Next Day) shipments cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is submitted. Klear Gear is also NOT responsible for order change or cancellation requests made after the order date, after the product has shipped, or for any order with an express shipping method.  During the months of November and December, our peak holiday period where orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouse for priority processing, order changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order has been submitted.


Do not REFUSE a package and return it to us; refused packages that are received back to us will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee plus return postage costs.  To return an item or an entire order, please see Return Guidelines below.


Freight Policy:


Our product availability is subject to change due to our high volume of sales. If a product is not in stock you will usually receive an email within one business day. If you need status sooner please feel free to e-mail or call our Customer Service line between the hours of 9am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.

At Klear Gear, we strive to make returning products easy and efficient, provided certain guidelines are followed. Please review our return policies before returning any item. Return Guidelines


While Klear Gear strives to achieve superior customer service, we CANNOT guarantee a return for every item.  Opened non-defective products are non-returnable.  Please ensure that the product you are interested in not only suits your needs, but is compatible with any existing hardware and/or software you wish to use with it. For specific product return guidelines, please contact Klear Gear Customer Service prior to ordering.

Shipping and Giftwrap charges are non-refundable.

Special Order, Personalized or Customized items, and food items are non-returnable.

Exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RMA, please contact us here with your Order Number.  Do not REFUSE a package and return it to us; refused packages that are received back to us will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee plus return postage costs.

Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, or 15 days from the original invoice date for computer products and consumer electronics. Thereafter, all sales are final.

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.

All returns for computer and consumer electronics products, with the exception of a defective exchange, are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. If an item is returned with missing contents, the returned item will not be accepted, or a 25% restocking fee will be applied at Klear Gear's discretion.

Defective items can be exchanged for the same item ONLY.

Klear Gear will not recommend computer related items due to compatibility issues. Any item returned to Klear Gear due to a computer compatibility issue will automatically receive a 15% Restocking Fee. Please be sure that any computer related item you are purchasing is compatible prior to checkout.

All Opened Non-Defective returns of computer and consumer electronics products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Opened software will not be accepted for return.

Items Damaged in Transit

Should an item appear to be damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and contact Klear Gear as soon as possible. We will ship you a replacement product right away. If you are unable to refuse delivery of a damaged product, please follow one of the following return methods.

Returning A Product

To return an item that meets our return policy guidelines in this document:


1. Contact us here with your Order Number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You will receive a warehouse mailing address with your RMA, as different orders may need to be returned to different warehouses.

2. Once you have your RMA and shipping address, ship the item to us (insured is recommended, along with delivery confirmation).  Please reference your RMA on the outside of the package.  We will confirm receipt and issue a refund within 30 days of receipt of your qualified item.

Do not write on the original product packaging.  If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective, or if the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us here with details before returning your item to us.


Crediting Your Account


Credit will normally be issued within thirty business days of receiving your return, unless we need to contact you for additional information or your returned item(s) is not eligible per our abovementioned return policy. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 30 days from the time we receive your eligible return.


Any package that we receive with postage due from us to the carrier may be refused. If the package is accepted by us, and we must pay postage to receive the package from the carrier, this additional postage cost will be deducted from any refund owed or will be charged to the original payment method or otherwise collected. This applies to packages that we receive with postage due because of insufficient postage used in returning merchandise, refusing to accept a package, unclaimed packages, or otherwise undeliverable packages. Furthermore, any customer's request to re-ship an order that was undeliverable or unclaimed and was returned to us will result in an additional shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge. Please be sure that your Shipping Address is accurate and complete and that any package that is not left unattended at the shipping address, and requires either pickup or a re-delivery authorization from the carrier, is quickly obtained before the carrier returns the package to us at your expense.


Pricing Policy:


Klear Gear will do everything to keep our prices competitive with our competition so you will feel confident doing business with us, and that you are getting the product for THE best price. With regards to typographical errors or errors in pricing, we reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to a customer at a price on our site that may be priced wrong.
