Every order we
receive is individually reviewed for accuracy and approved by a member of
our team before it is queued for shipping. For this reason, your Order
Confirmation e-mail may not be received for up to three (3) business days. |

Express and Rush
Shipping orders will be received within the delivery timeframe you paid for,
unless notified otherwise. |

It is not
necessary to contact our Customer Care team for the status of your order.
All orders will be delivered within the time frame you paid for, unless
notified otherwise. It is important to note that our domestic Standard
(Economy) Shipping service has an average delivery timeline of two (2)
calendar weeks. Because our staff works hard to deliver your order
within the timeframe you paid for, inquires to our Customer Care team
regarding order status may experience an extended delay before being
responded to. |

your SPAM/Junk Mail folder and be sure that your e-mail client application

The Shipping
Confirmation e-mail you receive when your order leaves our warehouse
contains the package tracking number for your order. Please check
tracking details, or contact your local post office, for the status of the
delivery of your package. Sometimes, carriers will need your signature
to deliver a package and will leave an Attempted Delivery notice with your
mail. If you do not sign that notice and leave it in your mailbox, to
authorize your carrier to deliver your package without your presence, your
package will be returned to our warehouse as Unclaimed. |
