Confirmation e-mail you receive when your order leaves our warehouse
contains the package tracking number for your order. Please check
tracking details, or contact your local post office, for the status of the
delivery of your package.
Sometimes, carriers will need your signature
to deliver a package and will leave an Attempted Delivery notice with your
mail. If you do not sign that notice and leave it in your mailbox, to
authorize your carrier to deliver your package without your presence, your
package will be returned to our warehouse as Unclaimed.
