Order Status System
Our Order Status system will be temporarily unavailable during the relocation of our warehouse and customer care operations to larger facilities. In the interim, please contact us at OrderStatus@KlearGear.com should you need order status details. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
During our relocation, certain order and shipping confirmation e-mails may not be sent. Rest assured, we have received your order. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. If an order cannot immediately ship, you will receive either an e-mail, postcard, and/or telephone call to advise you of any problem or unexpected delay. Please note that orders are not billed to your credit card until they have shipped, unless an item in your order is a pre-order item.
During our relocation, our customer care team's response time to any inquiries will unfortunately be slower. This information is normally available here via our Order Status system, which is temporarily unavailable.
